These poems span a period of approximately 8 years, all the poems are dated to give a timeline to the whole work.

In the moods that the poems express, 3 phases can be seen, the first ranging from 2014 to 2017 (date of the death of his wife Anna) of normal family life with ups and downs and the becoming of life.

The second phase which runs from 2017 to 2021 is the phase in which a lot of sadness and loneliness emerges due to the recent death of his wife, with questions that will never be answered.

The third phase from 2021 onwards dresses in spring with the knowledge of a special girl with all the joys and fears that can arise when she thinks she has found a new love.

About the author:

Marco Faraoni is 63 years old and was born in Bracciano where he lives with his son Franco, after the recent death of his wife Anna Santoro in September 2017. He has a surveyor diploma and a certificate in etruscology from the International University of Art in Florence. He was a non-commissioned officer in the Italian Army for about 6 years, then he was discharged. He was a volunteer in the Civil Protection. He has the hobby of photography and metal detector. He has recently been dedicating himself to various roles in the cinema. He is the owner of METAL DETECTOR ONE, an online shop for the sale of metal detectors. In 2011 he published PANTA REI, a collection of poems, thoughts and photos and in 2013 ANTICHI SAPORI, also a collection of poems and photographs, and in 2018 an essay on Bracciano entitled Tombaroli per caso, all 3 books were published by Arduino Sacco Publisher.
