The X-Terra series uses digital technology that improves on standard single frequency technology. The advantage of this VFLEX technology is that it provides reliable performance and makes the detector immune to external interference by using digital signal processing with calibrated analog circuitry. With VFLEX technology the frequency of the metal detector changes simply by changing the search coil in use.
